As the son of a wood shop teacher, I was born with wood in my blood. I grew up working with wood in my father’s basement shop and upon graduation from high school made the easy decision to study wood products processing at the University of British Columbia. Armed with a degree and a passion for the industry, I made my entrance with Skana handling the trucking and learning from the pros.  I am now trading commodity SPF in Canada, the Midwest and Southern USA. Outside of the office I enjoy woodworking, hockey, fitness, waterskiing and boating.
